No. Messages are never billed, sent or received, in chats or in groups. You pay per connected account, plus proxy traffic past what each account includes. How much a number can send is set by its pace, not by your bill.

A WhatsApp number that finished linking and hasn't been logged out or deleted. One waiting to be linked costs nothing. Log a number out and it stops counting; link it again and it counts from the moment it's ready.

Each band keeps its own price: $6 for your first number, $4.50 for every one after, and $3.50 from the 51st. You pay for the exact number of accounts, with no plan to jump to: 4 numbers cost $6 + 3 × $4.50 = $19.50 a month.

Every organization starts on Free, with no card: 1 number, 2,000 messages and 0.5 GB of proxy traffic a month. Messages count sent and received together, and months are calendar months in UTC. Within those limits everything works: sending, receiving, webhooks, the Inbox, groups and the MCP server. When either limit is reached, your number pauses: it stays linked, new sends are refused, and it reconnects on its own when the month ends, with no new QR. Upgrade from Billing any time to lift the limits at once. A second number needs an upgrade.

Your organization, never a project. Every project's accounts count together, so 200 customers with one number each cost $751.50 a month, $3.50 for every account from the 51st. GET /v1/usage/by-project gives accounts, proxy bytes and messages per project per month, so you can rebill however you like.

Monthly, from the day you upgrade. Zavu Labs Inc. is the seller; payments are processed by Stripe, which sends the invoices and receipts. Connect an account mid-month and you pay only for the days left in the period, on your next invoice. Remove one and the unused days come back as a credit on that invoice. Proxy traffic past the allowance is billed by usage: on the renewal invoice, or sooner, each time the overage not yet invoiced reaches $10.

Every account reaches WhatsApp through our residential proxy, with its own sticky exit. It's always on. Every connected account includes 0.5 GB of proxy traffic a month, pooled across your organization, so 2.5 GB for 5 accounts. Past that we bill $0.99 per GB (1 GB = 1024³ bytes). We meter and show every byte, included or not. The pool counts the most accounts you had billable in the month, and traffic already billed is not credited back when you add accounts later. Text is light; media moves more.

No. Each organization has a monthly cap on proxy overage, $50 to start, which an owner or admin changes in Billing ($0 stops traffic at the included allowance). We email you at 80% and 100% of it; at the cap, proxy traffic pauses: your numbers disconnect, they stay linked, and new sends are refused until you raise the cap or the month ends. The overage is also invoiced as it grows, every $10, and if an invoice cannot be charged, proxy traffic pauses the same way until it is paid, then resumes on its own.

Yes, with the White label add-on, $100 a month on top of your subscription. Your name, logo and color are free either way; the add-on hides the "Powered by wuapi" footer on the page and the "Sent by wuapi" line in the email.

Upgrading takes a card in Stripe Checkout and bills your numbers at the prices above from that day, with 0.5 GB of proxy included per account. The Free limits lift at once, and a number paused at a limit reconnects on its own. Proxy traffic you used on Free that month is never billed. There is no trial: Free is how you try it.

Cancel from Billing → Manage billing in the dashboard. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your numbers keep working until then. After that your organization is back on Free: a number keeps running within the Free limits (2,000 messages and 0.5 GB of proxy a month), and with more than 1 connected, sends are refused until you remove the extra numbers or upgrade again.
